Before working with Becky I had started watching my calorie intake and eating less (a LOT less). Becky helped me focus on eating the “right” foods, focusing on macros like protein, feel more satisfied and still reduce calories to lose weight. I love knowing my body is getting the nourishment it needs and at the same time I can also meet my weight loss goals. It’s hard work and requires being consistent with habits like weighing and tracking food and water, and the payoff is worth the effort. Becky is knowledgeable and supportive in the best ways.
