Her journey began during her first pregnancy, when she gained 80 pounds and spent years trying every diet, challenge, and “clean eating” rule out there. Despite her efforts, she was constantly exhausted, sore, and hungry, and nothing seemed to work long-term.

Determined to find a better way, Becky stopped listening to the noise and immersed herself in the science of nutrition, fitness, and hormone changes that happen during midlife. Today, she’s the founder of Leveling Up Midlife and guides women through strength training, nutrition coaching, and mindset shifts designed specifically for midlife bodies.
