Leveling Up Midlife was created by two sisters who were tired of trying to “Google” their way through menopause. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Personal Trainer, we knew there had to be a better way to approach weight loss and strength training for women over 40 — without gimmicks, detoxes, or fear-based hormone hype. So we built the resource we wished we had. We’re passionate about helping midlife women feel strong, informed, and confident through science-backed personal training, practical nutrition coaching, and honest health education. We believe muscle is powerful, protein is not the enemy, and cardio is not punishment. Most of all, we believe this season of life isn’t about shrinking yourself — it’s about leveling up with strength, clarity, and confidence.
